Professional Text Messages

Purpose

Designed to communicate with the polish and professionalism of your dealership's best representative. This tool is ideal for soft-touch outreach, especially for customers you have already done business with or existing leads who require a more refined follow-up approach. While it does not use the same psychological triggers as our closer-focused tools, it is built for professional re-engagement scenarios such as price-match responses, missed appointment recovery, new incentive announcements, and other follow-up opportunities. The output includes multiple text message variants you can choose from, so you can pick the one that fits the customer best.

Example 1 — ReconnectionI need a text for a customer that visited the dealership last month and should receive their insurance settlement check this week. See if the customer is still hot on the Nissan Rogue.

Pro tips

Be specific with your input details. Better input equals better output.
Combine methods for best results. Paste the CRM summary, paste raw XML lead data, and dictate what you want to accomplish via text or speech.
Ask for more variants of the text message, change the language, or even change the tone of the output to match the customer.

Common mistakes

Not proofreading or editing before sending. If the output still contains placeholder text such as {Your Name} or {Customer Name}, fill those fields in first. Specific, detailed prompts cut down on the manual edits you'll have to make afterward.
Not ending the chat session between customers. To do that, hit the three buttons at the top of the chat window and press End Chat. Every time you end chat you start with a "new brain" — if you don't, the output will become very similar to the previous customer's output.
Using this specific AI tool for everything. Our tools will do an amazing job regardless of whatever you throw at them, but each tool has a specific purpose and was programmed to do so.
