It is ideal for be-backs, internet leads, phone-ups, missed opportunities, and any customer who needs a stronger follow-up approach. Start by providing the customer's first name and the vehicle they are interested in. The tool will guide you through a conversational process, asking questions like a real manager would, then providing a tailored follow-up plan and communication strategy. Common mistakes
- Not treating the chat like a real conversation with your desk manager.
- Not proofreading or editing content before sending. If the output still contains placeholder text such as {Your Name} or {Customer Name}, fill those fields in first. Specific, detailed prompts cut down on the manual edits you'll have to make afterward.
- Not ending the chat session between customers. To do that, hit the three buttons at the top of the chat window and press End Chat. Every time you end chat you start with a "new brain" — if you don't, the output will become very similar to the previous customer's output.
